Looks like the feet have been cut off, possible due to it being welded into the car.

the pass side leg looks like it was shortened

I’m only going by the one pic whitetop posted because it’s a closed facebook group but it looks like the rear down bar has no mounting pad. Are there any more photos?

Looks like it could be brought back with a little work. Just sucks it was cut up some.

Could have been in a Vette or a VW Bug. I think those two cars got a shorter version.
