Old Project X articles.
I am sure a lot of you guys remember PHR's Project X. I had a 57 Chevy in HS, and PHR was the very first car mag I ever bought, mainly because of a Project X article.
I believe that PHR offered a three volume set of Project X articles. I don't know what year, but think it was in the 80's. I have looked around and can't find any for sale. Anyone have a lead on all three volumes. Lastly, anyone have any idea what a set would be worth? Thanks in advance.

There was a great feature on Project X within the last year in The Rodder’s Journal. Such an iconic car with so many personalities that was touched by so many famous hands and even made passes down all the sacred, but closed, SoCal dragstrips: Lions, Irwindale, OCIR, etc.

My dear friend....it's so great to see you back on sYc.....you made my day! I love Project X....IMO....the most iconic Tri-Five of all! Perhaps the most popular Hot Rod too. I have touched it and sat in Project X.....my bucket list is to Drive it one day Dan

Project X and Hollywood Knights are both iconic. Doug Marion of PHR is on a Hollywood Knights Facebook page and relayed some good stories about the making of HK and Project X and when it blew off the blower belt when racing the Cobra, as well as some other stuff. Worth a look if you're into the car and the movie like I am.

As cool as PX is, I still place it a distant second to TwoLane, pick either the camera car or the driver, before it was changed into the rough iteration of the AG car.
