There are a TON of people driving around without license and/or insurance... it's Scary. It's becoming a Plague here to have your plates "replaced" in parking lots. I guess they figure you may not notice for a while and they won't get reported as stolen.

I'm with ya. At least this one has the lower valance painted silver. Many I'm seeing lately are body color and then they still put the "paint divider" trim back on...
