Same with Atlanta Chevelle?

Based on the specified VIN range and Norwood as the identified plant, you shouldn't have a problem with Los built cars.

They are not missing because of damaged microfiche or missing microfiche, they are missing original data input. It appears this information never got recorded to begin with.
