The cloest I've come to a match is the 1965 Impala but they are not the same:





Checked Pontiac, Buick and Oldsmobile mid to late 1960s. No matches. Not even sure they are GM at this point.

I am 100% sure these are 1970 Chevelle. The LH and RH bezels had the screw adjustment reliefs flipped.
