I thought this looked familiar, so I checked the passenger side of my 1970 Nova. Looks like a match to me ! Good luck.

Can't speak with authority, but most likely used for 1970 Chevelle big block as well. That makes it a piece someone would surely be interested in owning.

Yep, right bank with the wire loom holders like that and the fill cap. My '70 454 Chevelle had the same cover.
