That pic is probably recent and within the last year or so!.
What's funny is I 'Google Street Viewed' that address and if you go to the right far enough then look back, there's guys working on ladders in front of the building taking the name down...note the 'WRITERS co' part is gone!.

Paste the below address into the Google maps page and check it out...again you need to go along the road to the right then look back to see the workmen etc..

2765 E Merrick Rd, Bellmore, Nassau, New York 11710, United States

No cars across the street...must be in behind?.

That shot is from last fall or so, there are several shops / body shops located across the street - the cars are in back

Looks like that blue car in the distance could be a 1967 or '68 Shelby (notice the scoop on the roof)

The Yellow one appears to be a Boss 302 with the black out rear panel.
