Default Strange Trim Tag

I purchased a car with this trim tag. Any ideas? Any one see something like this one?

Looks like the car got a little hot or at least the tag did.

Yes. I wanted a race car about ready to go. So I bought this car. And quickly realized it was not a backyard built car. It looks like an SRD car. 1973 Vega updated to 1977. Front suspension was painted white. Rear is a factory Mopar Dana 60 that was painted red. The body was originally white. That is what I have found so far.
