Default Marshall Tucker

They were a great band. Wrote some fun songs that lasted decades in popularity. Still played regularly on the radio. I used to sing 2 of their songs every Friday and Saturday night for years. .. Danny

We saw them at Austin City Limits about seven years ago, they still had it going on.

Can't You See, Heard it in a Love Song, Fire on the Mountain, among others were some of my go-to songs when driving in the 70's/80's. Still pull them up on u-tube occasionally to listen to. I still have the album that I recorded to cassette to use in the truck. And the double cassette deck for the recording/playback.

RIP. My sons band “Natalie and the Damn Shandys” opened for them and Molly Hatchett at an outdoor festival in Kentucky in 2019. They were asked to go on the road and open for them on their next tour! Unfortunately it was to start in March of 2020!

There are no original members left and Marshall Tucker was never a member to begin with.
I have always enjoyed their older tunes.

Yeah, the actual Marshall Tucker is who the band was named after. He passed at 99.
