Pardon my ignorance on this and I am by no means questioning this car, but did all long blocks going through the parts department have the CE designation or were those only for warranty replacements?

The original owner affidavit mentions only a short block was swapped by Motion. I wonder if the new 427 short block came from Baldwin?
