Where would date be? I’ll look around tomorrow .
In terms of the 396 emblems is there to tell if they are OEM?

The date is below the list number.

The only numbers I see is the 543 and a bunch of serial numbers in the float body

“543” is the date. I believe 3rd week of April, 1965

It's date is 5A3,which stands for:
1965
November
3rd week
