1969 Oldsmobile Cutlass W-31 Question

Was wondering if there is any way to tell a W-31 Ram-Rod 350 by Vin#,Cowl Tag or Warranty Card. Can not locate the Build Sheet.

Must be built in Lansing . . . otherwise, no foolproof way.
