That is the one. I don't know Frank Arone, but I will say this is one of the best restored Camaros I've ever seen. He knocked it out of the park on this car. I've had the pleasure of speaking with his partner on the car (Matt Barczak) on multiple occassions and he is great guy.

RyanChevelle - I went to Mecum a couple of weeks before Barrett Jackson and was complaining about the prices some of the Z28's sold for. A couple of them sold for around the $150k - $160k mark which I thought was crazy. Fast forward 2 weeks...I found out about the Carolina Blue Z28 the morning of the auction and ended up blowing the Mecum pricing out of the water. After the bidding closed, Craig Jackson jumped on the mic and made sure to tell everyone (myself included) that was a world record price for a Z28. Being on the buy side, that is not a record I prefer to hold. That said, I spent 4 of the best years of my life at the University of North Carolina and love my Carolina Tar Heels.

Congrats, That particular Z28 along with a fathom Green Z28 restored by Arone both scored 1,000 points at MCACN 2021. I spent a lot of time looking over both of them and they are extremely well done cars.
