That's been my understanding of Tom's car. Very nice looking car.

I thought so. I am sure you will not get that car cheap. Conversion or no conversion. If my 69 Z was bought from Baldwin Chevrolet and super tuned by say Bill Mitchell at Motion Performance has to be worth something for that. There is NO conversions but a Motion Performance car by any standards. Maybe Motion installed a set of headers and traction bars. No conversion but you ain't getting it to cheap. She has some history. So where do you draw the line? Or does the insanity never end??

Tom Billigen has one of the nicest restored 1968 Camaro's I have ever seen. IMO.
It's entire prominence is second to none.

No Sam, the sanity will not end. Just wait until BJ in a couple of weeks. Putting a value on a car or parts is a tough subject because just when you say "there's no way that is worth $xxxx.xx", somebody steps up to the plate and buys it for that. Then, when you add the well know hi-po dealers into the mix the demand goes up quickly. So I personally don't like to put a value on anything. I think Kim will have no problem selling his car. I just hope my car is worth 200,000 McChicken sandwiches when it's all done!

Yes, Toms car is very nice, done by CPR and its listed with docs from Ed C at the copo connection as an uncoverted copo that was ordered for the yenko conversion, but not coverted. It is one of last 6 cars that was order under special order for YENKO - planned to be converted. Todate -Toms car and my car are the only 2 of the 6 that are know to exist that have the copo parts installed (sway bar, 140 speedo and MV engine) without the Yenko engine conversion.

Kim, Ed, What made Yenko stop with the engine exchange? Did they figure they couldn't sell it because of the extra cost at tht time or maybe the customer said leave the 396 in it its ok with me? Looks like they did everything else and then ...... ? In my opinion the 427 wasn't much faster if it was at all. Thanks, Sam
