Wow, Marlin, this guy provides inaccurate car appraisals and fraudulent documentation? He misrepresents sellers AND he restamps engines and trim tags? Sounds like you would want to stay far away....

I hope you meant he can assist you if you have problems with these things??

I can not imagine appraising a car without looking at it. That would like certifying a COPO/Supercar without looking at it.
