Default 1969 Camaro horns (I think)

I removed these from my prior 1969 Z/28 20 years ago with the intention of 'restoring' them. I disassembled them and tried to clean the coils. I put them back together (not real well) and painted them. They still did not work so they have been in a drawer since. They also have brackets still attached. The numbers are: 9000290 with a date code that is very hard to read but looks like 8C2 (don't know if it is a 1968 piece or not), the other is 9000235 with a date of 9E3. I did not take photos because I am giving (free) them to anyone that wants them if you cover shipping.
