Default Muncie shifter brackets

I dug these out of a box I've had in my shed for the past 20-30 years and don't remeber what the applications are for.
any ideas?

This one was on a factory 69 camaro or firebird shifter, since I got this from a pontiac guy I'm thinking firebird?
