I have had contractors dry ice blast industrial machinery many times and have tried to justify buying a full system both for work and for home….. I haven’t bought one yet but believe this is the gamer changer technology for initial cleaning of old cars.

I was chasing Des to blast his 69 Z.

did he show you what it does for interiors? before he bought it, he was talking to me about it and then when he got it he did a test on a sunvisor on one of my old 69 ta's, it was amazing how it turned out.

We went through 600 pounds of dry ice in 4hours. The thicker the under coating the more ice u use . My under coating on the floor was triple that !!!!!!! I can’t believe ther doing that inside. The dust goes everywhere.

Wouldn't a lift outside be a better way to do that??

Looks like it makes one hell of a mess. No way I'd want to do that in my paint booth. I'd never have another paint job without dirt in it, lol.

WOW! that it amazing. Does anyone know of a dry ice blaster that could do car bodies close to Lancaster, PA?
