Beautiful auction pics, but literally no description of any kind.

I'd sure like to know more about the car in the pictures, though!

VIN 168376A140576 is actually correct, 66/67 V8SS identifier '68' unique so just seems odd.
Sold at Mecum 2011 for $46 thou' w/ Original matching #'s description, some pics/info still alive here...

No, ...they should run under the wiper motor to the fender and under a half round clip. The problem is the clips are hard to come by....
Then up on to the cowl under 2 more clips....

Perfect Impala. My favorite year, my favorite engine and my favorite number of pedals. I love the colors too.

The first high performance car I ever drove was a 66 SS Impala L72. It was black on black with low miles and sitting on a Chevy dealer's lot in Billings Mt. In hindsight I can hardly believe they let me drive it, I was 16.
