It amazed me how sloppy they were. Heres the over spray off my Z. Even was on the weatherstrip

Regarding the burgundy Z28 above....
Am I mistaken that the trunk seal was installed after ALL PAINTING except End of line corrections?


Is it possible that the car had something fixed in the touch up at Chevrolet Assembly at the VERY end of the line?>

I doubt that is factory overspray on the burgundy Z. I've never seen overspray on that area and weatherstrip and decklid were installed later, IIRC.
