Default 1969 396 engine value?

I have a 1969 396 that is in a 72 Blazer that his rough very rough. I think this is a passenger car engine? Can someone confirm and a value would be nice to know before I sell the truck too cheap. Thanks for any help.

I just sold a 1969 396 CE engine that ran but had a lower end noise for $500.00 and it took some time to sell but I was going to keep it as a spare for any less. Do you have the top or passenger seat for the Blazer? A friend has a '69 and needs both but would buy a complete truck if the price was reasonable.

By Michigan standards, that's pretty clean.

If that tailgate is good and the same as a fleet side ( looks to be), I could really use one, please.
