The guys I know that dabble in this stuff never look at it like this example. Here in Canada, a 5 yr GIC (gar invest cert) is sitting at 4.6 and expected to go up another .5 to 5.1. Buddies looki g at dropping a unch of cash in there for the time being (land developer and has sold 80 million is property in the last 3 yrs).

He figure the interest will buy his house in Florida and Turk n Caicos. And since he retired this year and only 57, might be in a position to purchase land at a reduced rate.

But when it cone to buying something, he just does it and doesn't care about the cost.

And friend who passed away was the same way. Just buy and spend dince these guys are making 10s of millions a year, you just buy what they want.

Yet someone like myself who is ok financially could look at it that way, but if you can REALLY AFFORD a car like this, dont really see the loss over the enjoyment as you can always make $$$$. But can find a original car like this. I wouldn't be a buy in anything like this as I would want to drive what I buy.
