It is an independant film. He has to get a distribution agreement or we may never see it in the theatre.

The trailer's very light on content & they are usually terribly overstated on what the movie will be. I'd check it out but I'm guessing 99% of the populous wouldn't be too compelled by the trailer.
Hoping for the best on this one & wishing it luck.
