[QUOTE=Lee Stewart;1603440]

----This 67 has been owned by Terry Michaelis for quite a while. I think it stuck around because of the color combo, because it's a pretty nice mid-year! It might benefit with original style repro tires.....Bill S

Seems like every C-2 I see that might be driven at all has radial tires. Go back and look at the recent half dozen C-2's posted in this thread. Spoils the look of otherwise beautiful cars IMO! I put 30 plus miles on my '67 (7.75 bias plies) yesterday, no big deal. - Bill W

Bill ,

Looks like my old 1967 L-79 Lynndale Benchmark car. Yes, I agree with the 7:75 X 15 as far as looks and ride. I had a set of Re pop Bolt On's and Goodyear Eagle GT's on it for a while. When I drove it, It felt like the car was driving YOU instead of you driving driving the car. My car had Manual steering.

Bill

Hoping I don't come across as hyper critical. Actually, except for the wheels, I kind of like this car. Not that the wheels are horribly objectionable; just no my cup o' tea.

I was probably 55 years old before I realized you could touch the painted surface of a car with your bare hand and not have something terrible happen.

I still don't put my hands on the walls of the house, though.
