Richmond, California. Has to be. Dog, you need to tell us what's going on and where these photos are from!!! Too many great photos with no information. I'll have to forward this one to my Richmond buddies and see if they recognize these people.

Here is a photo of my 1960 Chrysler 300F,taken near Petyo Lake on the Icefields parkway between Lake Louise and Jasper. The photo was taken 50 years ago this month. The car still has the original paint and chrome trim and I have the licence plates that are on the car in the photo.

Here is a link to a photo of the same mountain range today.

Before I read your notes about location, I shared the picture with my wife, we grew up in the bay area. We both noticed "our hills" and said yep, has to be the bay area. Curious what the verdict is.

Wow Adam, that picture of the car on the wall is in my neighborhood at the Cermak Plaza. The picture isn't actually that old. You can see the same view here in this google maps link. The owner of the plaza was an artist and had other car art there including the famous "spindle" or "car-kabob" piece.

Cermak Plaza

I am 99% sure that the view under that of the Sears store is in the same plaza. It would be interesting if it is because the plaza opened in December 1956. By the looks of those cars it looks like that era.
