Default Help with cam info LS-7?

Can anyone id this cam by these numbers?
I was told it is a GM LS-7 cam

1068 main numbers

off to the side 9181

thanks for any help.

Lots of hits Googling indicate 9181 is ZL1 Factory Part # 3959180.
Below specs w/ L88 comparison from Post 15 @ this link…
