Default 1967 Camaro Valve Cover Spark Plug Wire Holders

I have a 1967 Camaro with a 327/275 and need to know which way the spark plug wire holders on the valve covers are installed. Do they go under or over the reinforcement? A few pictures are attached. The parts in the pictures are not the ones I'll be using but very similar. The reinforcements I have are different in minor ways. The top reinforcement in the picture looks like a big block one. I believe the bottom one is the correct one for my use. It has more rounded edges. The middle one is a little more sharp.

Wire looms go under hold downs (reinforcements). As you noted, first hold down is for a BB.
