Default '69 Chevelle 350 vacuum advance tube

Does anyone have a picture of the correct vacuum advance tube for a '69 350-300hp? I have the bracket for it on the intake but no tube. I've also switched from ported vacuum to manifold vacuum, (runs a LOT better) so the original tube might not work but I'd like to know what the original looked like.
thanks
Verne

Here you go Verne. I rebuilt the engine some 15 years ago. It was stock to start with and that is the way I put it back together. All components are original to the car, except the fuel line. I don't think I have the metal vacuum line pushed all the way into the carb port in this picture.

Thanks Phil. It looks just like mine (except for the dirt on mine). That front port is ported vacuum and I plugged it off. I'm using the long tube that sticks out of the side just in front of the choke coil. which is manifold vacuum. I think that long tube had a hose on it that ran to that flapper valve in the air cleaner snout. I might rig something up using a metal tube so I don't have such a long rubber hose going to the VAC.
thanks again.

Verne,

You are correct, the long metal tube near the choke pull-off goes to the air cleaner snorkel valve.

If you say it runs better off manifold vacuum, I might have to give that a try. My car runs great right now, but I think it would be worth checking out.
