1969 Camaro L78 4 speed ****Please read ENTIRE ad**** California built car Fathom green black gut NO X Code This car was a shell with interior and disc brake set up when I got it, front harness in the trunk, no brake lines or fuel lines original engine and trans were LONG gone. Based on my research through both Yenko.net, and the Camaros.org web site this is what I know 100% Factory power disc brakes are still on the car booster and calipers Original big block heater core is still in the car Original 4 speed big block cross member is still in the car The original fuel tank has 1 line and it is 3/8 inch diameter, I had to drop the tank to find out. The original dual exhaust brackets are still on the car When I sanded some of the blue house paint off the tail panel it is black….NOT fathom green The car still wears it’s original side gills, well on is still on the other is off the car Condition of metal overall GOOD Drop offs are good Does need full trunk pan has hole for a sump (?) and prior fiberglass in well Original doors are very nice and have never been off the car Rockers are excellent Floor is very good but trans tunnel was hacked Dash has dent and cut on passenger side ( I would replace the dash) Package tray good but cut for speakers Rear deck filler is shot Front fenders have rot at bottom but straight Hood is good but not sure what may or may not be under the paint Seats are in very good shape, driver seat has a split on window side seam otherwise very good Headiner has a cut so needs replacement Have full set of original standard seatbelts Kick panels are in good shape, not cut for speakers Have all trim and moldings including NOS rocker trim All AMK hardware kits for engine, interior, body and chassis The wheels and tires pictured go with the car…they are NOT dated, or coded correctly, but roll very nice and hold air. NOW FOR THE GOOD PART!!!! I have a complete, but apart correct L78 4 speed coded engine that goes with the car and when I say complete: Correct block Correct crank Correct heads Correct intake Correct NOS exhaust manifolds Oil pan Dip stick Oil check tube NOS non dated carb in box Survivor CORRECT valve covers Survivor correct air cleaner Correct original engine frame mounts New repo chambered exhaust in box with hangers All new brake and fuel lines in box with ORIGINAL clips in box from In Line Tube New fuel tank, sending unit, and harness Original CORRECT radiator (needs core) The car does have a correct 12 bolt rear BUT the date is very far off. I have also complete rebuilt with original shifter M20 transmission bell housing clutch linkage…everything ready to go. Basically I have all the correct original / survivor parts to make this car a better L78 than any NON survivor 100 point car out there Included in the sale are the following AMD replacement panels Full trunk pan Rear deck filler Rear package tray Classic Industries Trunk gutters This package and I am sure I am missing some items is $35,000 I also have available SEPERATELY a correct, not right date, but correct BV rear with GM posi and GM 4.88 gears ready to bolt in. will only sell if car goes. AND NOW FOR THE ICING!!!! I have the following NOS panels also available SEPERATELY BUT only as a complete package Header panel Cowl hood Lower valance Fender extensions Standard (black) grill Left and right fenders in box Left and right door skins Left and right quarter panels (2 sets, but one pair is only good for patch panels) Trunk lid with spoiler holes Spoiler Tail light panel Cowl panel I will only sell the sheet metal if the car goes My Name is Chris Ebay handle Gozling1 if you want to look at seller feedback Cell number is 609-605-5368 until 9 pm please…I am old…and fat.
