Thanks Rich. In a recent unforeseen turn of events, one of my friends made me an offer on the car and I have decided to let it go. I bought the car from the original owner in 1984, and recently finished a four year frame off, nut and bolt restoration. It is going to a good home, and I can still drive it any time I want!!

Buddy, if the new owner wants to get that slop out of the shifter I have parts to rebuild it. Or, I can restore it for him - his choice.
