this thing has been around forever, brought one of my early VW's to Baldwin with this almost 40 Years ago

We made our own for hopefully a more robust attachment:      A few years ago I noticed it was still hanging on the garage wall; I added a hitch to my Grand Prix so that I could do this:   I wouldn't take it out on the public roads, though: too many crazies out there these days. Just for display purposes only. K
