I can't help with the black Camaro, but I would bet a little bit of money that was taken a Cedar Falls Raceway, then known as N.E.I.T.A. Raceway (North East Iowa Timing Association). The starting line, the staging lanes, the fencing, the white MOPAR wagon emergency vehicle, are oh so familiar to me. The Camaro in the other lane, I'm sure was partner owned by a life long friend, that car's name escapes me right now??
Must have been T&T night judging by what's in the staging lanes. - Bill W

According to the records I have, this is a Fathom Green 4 speed car without power steering that was built in 03B and is thus an X44 car. I believe additional info on this car exists, but don’t know who owns it.

I wondered because it made more sense that an Iowa car could be Harrell tuned or built. So does anyone have any more history on this car?
