Default No sales tax/ebay

Recently, several states have incorporated sales tax collection through Ebay sales, and eventually all states will be compliant. We do not collect other states sales tax[except CT ] and are not required to do so , therefore the savings of purchasing off ebay just got much higher by the sales tax rate on sales outside of CT . Minimum 5% savings discount direct from 427king if mentioned when ordering [ additionally you save your tax rate that ebay would collect from you direct when you check out ,even though you are buying out of state ] on all items purchased offline that are listed on ebay. BUY OFFLINE AND SAVE BIG .. 427KING

Yep.... The IRS and the local states are after all of the big web sites to collect sales tax. Of course, there always was and is a requirement that everyone pay their own sales taxes when they purchase, however no one ever does it. Kinda the same thing when as an employer I have to take out income tax for my staff. If everyone had to pay their own tax, one, they would not and two, they would realize just how much they are paying and we would have a rebellion on our hands. We all avoid them when we can (hopefully legally) though.

The odd thing about ebay is they are required to collect sales tax ,even though they dont actually sell ANY of thier own products ... Whats next, car auction venues collecting the sales tax on behalf of the buyers ??

We are not required to collect other states sales tax, like ebay is required to for all states . Save 6 to 10 % if you buy direct and not through ebay. [******excludes the state of connecticut unless you have a ct resale certificate***** ]

You can become tax exempt if you open a business and submit to ebay and payapl your tax ID and business certificate.

I just say no to eBay.
I’ve had too many bad experiences.
