MSU Project W31 Recreation

Hello car folks. I have exciting news.

The MSU Engineering students that built and raced a 1969 Cutlass S (started as a 442) Holiday Coupe W31 have decided to recreate the drag car of their youth.

This is in the initial phases so all the details have not been hammered out.

The perfect project car is the most important step to get things going in the right direction.

The perfect Project W31 project car would tick all the #1’s from the check list below. Having said this we are very interested to know what people have to offer.

This project car will be modified to recreate the original MSU Project W31 drag car.

Car: #1:1969 442 Holiday Coupe
#2:1969 Cutlass S Holiday Coupe
(must be titled)

Body: #1:Zero rust
#2: Southern or California car with very little rust only in typical spots

Paint: #1:Code 52 Crimson Red
#2: Any other exterior colour

Chassis: #1:Restored/Rebuilt
#2: Original

Interior: #1: Code 937 White Bucket seat interior
#2: Any other interior colour

Drivetrain: #1: 1969 W31 350/325HP, Muncie M20 4 Speed, O Type Anti Spin 5.0 gears
#2: Roller
