That front end is up there. Looks like a small block on big block springs.

I think itís up high on all 4 corners and the rear is just squatted in the pics when it is towing due to the tongue weight. Super cool!

Thereís no tongue weight on it. Thatís a 4 wheel type farm hay wagon being used in the parade.
