It is indeed an Offy 360, and we need to remove the velocity stack from the rear carb in order to open the hood. Obviously we could have cut a bigger hole, but then we would have had to remove some of the underhood support structure....

That hood looks like the cow catcher on the front of an old steam locomotive.

I thought of this thread when I spotted this.

Camaro Fiberglass Hood - $30 (Brighton)

Like new fiberglass hood for 1968 Camaro. With riser molded in for hood scoop. Great condition and ready for paint.

$30 takes it.

Respond via CL email if interested.

That would be great, but it's REALLY far away from me, and those hood pin holes won't line up with where my pins are. I really appreciate you thinking of me and posting it. The add doesn't say if it bolts to the hood hinges.

I picked up another tunnel ram this week. Thanks to Bently for letting me know about this one. Also picked up this hood today 20 minutes from my house. This one will be for use with the tunnel ram.

Lets see the backside of that L88 hood. Chopper gun construction was earlier construction and worth more especially to guys building a real BM Camaro. Later ones were hand laid or matte

I've always thought TR's look better with a flat hood or a vintage Grump lump or A&A Channel ram etc.
