Look at the trim tag being advertised with this 69 Camaro -- good laugh

I think a guy on TC answered the riddle.

That could be the color the car is painted now, and that label was for future reference. Makes sense if 38M is a valid 1981 Honda paint code.

Seller says he has since removed the stickers.

I have no idea about Hondas, nor do I have any idea what Tudor Red Metallic looks like, but that would be my guess.

Why is the year missing from the top line? The body # is 12467_NOR333002.

It's not missing,it's just shown differently from the VIN plate,which was typical.
It's only reflected in the beginning as ST 69.
I've yet to see a "real" trim tag from that period showing the model year after the bodystyle number and before the plant abbreviation,as you indicated too.
