Default 1987 Grand National T- Tops $12500.00

Extremely clean straight 1987 Buick Grand National / (WE2) with (G80) code Posi rear end. This car has been garaged kept and covered. It has never been raced, nor has it been beat on. It’s tuned with boost set at minimum spec. No rust or rot anywhere. Body is Super straight with no dings. All body lines line up perfectly. It was stripped down to bare metal and professionally repainted about 3 years ago due aged worn paint. The paint is very flat, smooth, shines incredible, and looks like glass. It has been driven about 600 miles in the past two summers, presently about 81k. I have never driven it in the rain or winter.
Interior is close to mint with original radio concert sound and working power antenna. Runs and drives beautiful and sounds very strong with no unusual noises. No smoking no leaks! Turbo Spools nicely and goes down the road straight, with no pulling, shaking, or vibrations. Very quick with firm accurate shifts. . . ENGINE IS ALL STOCK. Due to the age of these cars I have done the recommended maintenance upgrades for this relatively stock GN. (Listed below). I do have all original parts that will go along with the car. You can drive this car safely anywhere…

George that is a Real Nice GN, A friend let me drive his 87 GN 3 years ago and I was hooked, I had to have one. These Turbo Regals are an absolute blast to drive. I brought a 900 mile GNX which I feel guilty about driving so it is a Garage Queen. I should have brought one with some miles on it. I am trying to work a trade for a GNX with some miles so I can enjoy the car.
Good Luck with the sale….

Thanks Mark, the six cylinder turbo in these cars is amazing. I'm suprised Buick never continued with a model similar.

What I like about my '87 is the mpg. 27 on the highway. That's pretty pathetic on GM for what the new cars are getting compared to a '87. Shame on you GM. No wonder your sunk and need the taxpayers to bail you out.
And the politics sure didn't help especially when the GN was the quickest production car in '87 that would blow by the Vette. FBI ordered a bunch and swapped the tires and got rid of the limiter and used them to chase Porsches. And then the end came in '87 for the GN because it didn't look good in front of the Vette that a cheaper car could blow the doors off a Vette.

Nice car and good luck on the sale.

I remember getting pulled over for speeding by the Connecticut State Police in 1989. At the time, they had a fleet of these turbo Buicks as their pursuit cars. I guess it wasnt much of a challenge for them to catch my 3/4 ton Suburban.
