Default 1969 Z/28 ebay - military order documentaion

If I had the $$ I'd buy this just for this attachment - military documenation of ordered Z/28. I have never seen this before. I knew while I was in the service we had the opportunity to buy new cars over the pond but this is the first time I've seen any documentation. It's a sweet car to boot.

I wonder if I know the original owner. Applegate Chev is a local Dealer that is still in business, same location even. They sold a bunch of hi-po cars to the shop workers in the area.
