Default Leaf spring rebound strap installation tool question

Is there a tool that can be purchased that can neatly install or bend rebound straps on leaf springs? I have tried many ways of installing the straps. Never can get them on like they should be without marking them up with tool marks. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks very nice write up. I should have written year and model specifically. I'm working on a 2nd gen camaro that has a little different rebound straps. I do have a technique with multiple C clamps with plastic covers and a plastic hammer to bend the tab and straps. It works ok. But I was researching a bending tool if made to simplify the job.
