I'm all for the NOS thing, maybe too much, but do they check valves at judged events now?
Good luck in your quest. I've seen them on eBay from time to time. Usually not a whole set but 5 here and 4 there etc.

an LS6 and a Ford nine inch are not quite the same as a set of valves.

I fully understand the effort. I wish I had the means to take it to this level.
I inquired as I wasn't sure if judges were now using borescopes etc to internally inspect an engine for originality.
Good luck with your restoration.
Are you going just NOS or taking it to the "assembly line" correct level? There are parts they installed at the line (oil filter, Spark plugs) that were not even available at the parts counter if you went and bought them the same day you picked up your new car!

guys

im just looking for some parts for my car.......thats all im doing..............not peanut gallery feedback

not ONCE have i ever judged anyone elses car or what they buy for their cars on this or any other site i belong to

is there a problem of me trying to do my car justice in making as many things correct and as close to factory line as possible? i have lots of other cars that i have used copious amounts of after market parts to build them

i dont get it......or what the issue is!

if you dont want me to buy parts from this site.......just let me know ......and i will stop buying them here!

regards
