Thanks. Kool story and history. The original owner was allowed to pick a new car for his High School graduation gift. He worked at a speed shop after school and over the summers and was aware of the Yenkos Jack Douglass was selling. So off he went to get his 427 Yenko. He didn’t want stripes or badges and there was only two Camaros in progress , a hugger orange one which had emblems installed and this one with no stripes or badges yet installed. The tunnel ram and headers were installed Day II and the car has remained very much the way it was from 1969 until today.

I wish someone had been with the car when I looked at it. There are some questions I would like to ask about the TR and the carburetors. I never saw it with the hood up.

The owner was only there on Saturday and then busy checking out other cars and talking to Eddie Martin for a while. I can try and answer your questions?

I just wanted to see which TR was on the car, and ask some tuning questions. I'm pretty sure that the carbs were 1850-1s with Ford part numbers, but wanted to see them too, and how much clearance there was when opening and closing the hood.

That is, in my humble opinion, one of the coolest 1969 Camaros ever. BB is a personal favorite of mine, and with the perfect wheel and tire set, plus the TR, it's on another level.
