Wow...Unrestored '68 Camaro #s SS396/4-sp, $20k, CA Black Plate Car
This is a neat car - haven't seen something like this since I lived in LA in the late 1990s.... L35 car.

My dad bought the last new '67 Austin Healey 3000 the local dealer had, in April '68, and it got WHN black plates from DMV.
