I agree, stunning cars in gold, but why the white stripe? Interior is black and it does not have a white vinyl top (which would have decided on stripe color).
If car came from GM with no stripes and no vinyl top, was it just Yenko (or purchaser's) decision when it went through the upgrade process?

While my car isn’t a Chebbie, it is a 1969 offering from the General wearing original (Aztec) Gold paint with original Cameo White hood stripes and has Black interior. Most of the other original cars I’ve seen with these exterior/interior colors did have black hood stripes, however mine was a special order by the dealership for their race car.
