He worked at the Goodyear tire shop in Burlington for awhile in 69 and then went on to work at the Fort Madison Chev dealer for a time too. Tommy had racing in his blood big time, him and Herb Fox used to go at it over who could drive better. The good old days......

bought a set of narrow cragers in to Goodyear in Burlington. Tommy mounted the tires .
