that is sweet, I have been looking for the bike I had as a kid but no luck yet. remember the bikes that were named CHOPPER.
Ralph Nader even had his hands in saying those style bikes were UNSAFE. I will try and dig that article up.

Yes I do...here's me and my brand new Raleigh Chopper back in 1970. And here it is now. I never could figure out how to do a wheelie without crashing, though.

Glad to see you adjusted the seat up Steve so you can still drive it. Man I thought I was bad for holding on to things. Nice to see there is a few of us out there with the gathering sickness
What happened to the optional accessories like the horn rear view mirror and stand. Hard to find those Nos now.

I don't recall what make it was, but I remember a buddy having a similar bike with a redline rear tire. It did "sweet jumps!" My bike had a flake banana seat and I could do "catwalks" all the way down the street. We'd go through 2 or 3 rear tires in a summer..
