I doubt it Jeff. More than likely he ended the auction early because he got wind of the ebay investigation. I say it'll be back (unless he and his "Partner" are kicked off ebay), and the next time, there won't be any bids from "Pontiachomeslice". Ed

Actually I think you may be right.
I am sure this is not the last we see of this one.

Where? I don't see it. I checked out "Items for Sale" by Danstreetrods and couldn't see it.

Rob,

That's the original auction that was ended early.

When the auction ends and the bids are cancelled, the buy it now shows back up again on the ended auction.

Does anyone else find it odd that the car is an 02D and was not sold until Jan of 1970? I would have thought that an L89 would have been a special order or at least a hot item on a dealers lot.

I had seen the purchase date on the POP and also thought it strange that a car like that sat for almost a year but since the auction was a sham anyways I let it go. There are to many other things about the car that don't add up.

If the car is painted like a Yenko, where's the spoiler he talks about? Why is the deck lid a 1967 and painted like the rest of the car? Why is the trunk fresh splatter paint and the floors original? If anyone was to buy this car they better look at it pretty darn close. As mentioned, spend the money and go look at it.
