If your going to use the vinyl door portion of the stripe like the factory did the original paint code won't help. You need to match the paint to the vinyl stripe.
Someone may have the stripe OE stripe color as well, I see if I can find it.

I am doing a rotisserie restoration on it and it is original drive train rs/ss code 10, but my question is how much does it affect what it is worth if I paint the whole hockey stick strip on and clear it or if I paint the strip on the fender after clear and use the vinyl strip on the doors like original

IMO, use the vinyl door strip on a hi end resto. Paint the stripe with single stage on top of the clear and lightly cut and buff the stripes. No need to clear over them.
