Whats so weird about it? Its 11C. Unless you are talking about the paint on the tag making the C look like a 6?
If you look closely you can see the raised stamping is clearly a C

It does,but it doesn't resemble the other 6's and has a smaller lower case circle as well as a closed upper case,compared to the others.
It's probably the angle or a dimple making it look like a 6,when it's actually a C.

And the VIN, 124377N133614, matches the 11C build date.
Interesting car: bench seat, column auto shift, RS/SS.
