Default 1970 M21 Transmission

I pulled a Muncie from my 68 Camaro. It is stamped POA23B. Vin stamp is 40G126134. As far as I can research it is originally from a 1970 Buick Skylark or GS. Can anyone verify this?

Yes 4 is Buick, 3 Olds, 2 is Pontiac and 1 Chevrolet.
